- Adjustable Handlebars: Ergonomic handlebars are designed to accomillimeterodate multiple riding styles while cycling on this bike for home use. Easily adjust the 2-way multi-grip handlebars, based on your height.
- Fitting & Adjustments: Tailor your riding experience to your individual height. Use the four-way adjustable seat that can be fitted to your individual leg length.
- Levelers: Prevent wobbling and jerks while riding when you adjust the base levelers that will keep the bike stable on uneven surfaces.
Solidly built bike, very sturdy. Easily adjustable to comfortably fit both my nearly 6' self and my 5'3" girlfriend. Fantastic for a workout in the comfort of AC when it's 105 deg outside. Removed the toe straps five minutes into the first ride, they were annoying. This bike accepts standard bicycle seats and pedals, so if you want to clip in you can install a set of pedals that will support that or swap to a seat that's more comfortable. Love the little wheels on the front, very easy to move the bike around. Several weeks of 2+ hours per week use on it, no issues.
I received this item yesterday after researching many reviews on different bikes I decided to get this one. I'm extremly happy with the purchase. Fast delivery, Easy Easy to put together. I took a quick 20mins spin to test and I know I will get a lot of use from this bike. Of course I wish it had a computer and the seat was a little more comfortable. Even with my biking shorts I had to block out the discomfort. I will look into purchasing a new seat for longer rides. I was a little disappointed that the price drop down the next day. Overall, I have no issues with the bike, it's quiet, sturdy, and you can stand up. I'm satisfy with this purchase.Did anyone attach a computer?
Excellent exercise bike! I'm a beginner and wanted something of quality to ride on, this works wonderful. I watched videos on proper spin bike positions and on my first ride in March'18 really screwed up my knee. I'm still recovering so my bike set up is for staying in the saddle while riding, but I still get really good cardio on this bike because of the great adjustable resistance it has.I took advise from various other reviews and thought I would share my set up and how I added a bike computer.1) I added fleece to wrap around a peddle with a hair tie when not in use, so the peddle won't injury my son in case he falls down near it.2) I put a towel over the top handle bars to hold my water bottle and Paperwhite, along with a separate hand towel to whip away sweat. I may eventually get a water bottle and tablet holder, but for now this works very well since I'm staying in the saddle.3) I added a bike computer off of ebay (they didn't sell this model on and it was under $10). I went with this model of bike computer because the magnet was most compatible to the modifications that needed done to it. You just have to take an exacto knife and cut off part of the plastic on the magnet piece after unscrewing it to make it flush. I used Velcro Thin Ties instead of the zip ties to secure the wire on the bike, and the provided zip ties to secure the bike computer to the handle bars. The magnet I aligned correctly on the wheel and used a hot glue gun to attach. Please see my pics for the set up. As for the bike computer I set it up to a wheel size setting of 18", which converts to 1436mm. I find this to be pretty right on for accuracy when comparing my weight/minutes biked/speed/distance on a online calculator to obtain my calories burned vs what I assumed I was burning per session before knowing the distance and speed I was going. While I don't know my cadence (pedaling rate) I find this set up to be sufficient and very helpful as a beginner in cycling. Especially since I just want to have a way to get some cardio in every day.My overall opinion is that I LOVE this bike!!!! I've already used this far more than my Nordictrack ACT compact Elliptical (which I no longer have because it made my feet hurt). So glad I decided to buy this bike.
I spent several weeks researching my first stationary bike purchase... and reading all of the reviews. Which is why I'm writing this one after 3 weeks of successful ownership. This bike is phenomenal... while it doesn't have all the gadgets and gizmos of an $800 flywheel or a $2000 peloton, it is a good, solid, basic no frills work out machine.A few caveats:-I'm not remotely spatial/mechanical so it took me about 4 hours to build the bike with the enclosed directions... but now I have a full understanding of how the bike works. (A more mechanical person could likely put it together in half that time)-I bought a gel seat to sit atop the included one. (I highly recommend this)-I'm 5'3" - so the fact that the you can't slide the arm rest to a shorter distance is a tad frustrating... it requires a longer reach/staying lower over the bike- but all other aspects of the bike are good for most heights! (there were a few comments about super tall people/people who can reach the top shelf not being particularly comfortable on this bike)But keep in mind that this is a $250 bike not the $800. So... for the price of $254 plus the $10 gel seat and the $29.99 supermat heavy duty to protect my floors (which I also HIGHLY recommend) - I'm thrilled with my purchases!!!
This bike a great! I am able to work up a good sweat. Bike is sturdy and peddles smooth. VERY quite. You can hear the chain a little when you are out of the saddle in third position but if your listen to your music you barely notice. I am 5'3 and my husband is 5'11, we are able to sit on the bike comfortably. Assembly is extremely easy, took us 30 minutes to get the bike ready. Moving the bike from room to room is easy as well. Not a $1,000 quality bike HOWEVER, This bike is absolutely amazing for the price your paying. Don't be afraid to really ride hard on this bike, It can handle it!
