These put me and my husband fast asleep but we have to push the start button 3 or 4 times before we are relaxed enough. We both wish it had a timer that could be set for up to 15 minutes. 3 minutes might be the perfect amount of time for some people but not us. We absolutely don't regret getting them though.

I really really love these. I bought them as a birthday gift for my husband and be loves them too. The music is so grounding and simple. My 4 year old can almost make it through the 3 minutes without wiggling away now too!
